The Avalón Villa is next door to Bellâ Casa ~ both are newly acquired and join our CutAboveCabins family. The Avalón Villa has 4 Bedrooms + sleeping areas + 3 bathrooms. The Great Room with gas fireplace opens up to the dining room and fully appointed kitchen with a dishwasher and 2 refrigerators. Three levels offer privacy and allow for groups to engage in multiple activities as well as conversations. Accommodates up to 10 guests in beds - Max 6 Adults for a maximum of 10 is at least 4 are children under 12. Large Deck. Gas Grill. HOT TUB. No extra charge for Kayaks/Canoes/mountain bikes. EXPLANATION of pricing policies: Increasing guest count increases the nightly rate - The base rate for Avalon Villa includes 2 guests. Additional adults and children are $33/person/night. Maximum occupancy is 10 if at least 2 are children. Additional guests up to the maximum will add to the nightly rate at $33 per person, per night with a minimum of nights equal to the requirements of the booking regardless of the nights stayed. For example: Avalon Villa nightly rate is $299. If you have 2 guests the cost stays at $299. If you have 5 guests, the rate is $299 for the first 2 and ​an additional $33 for each guest over 2 for a total of $99 added for a total rate of $498 per night. If you have 10 guests the rate is $563 per night. We have this pricing in place so that groups of 2 are not paying the rate of $563 per night that the larger group would pay.

The name and ages of all guests are required on our rental agreement. You may update your guest count prior to check-in, and please make sure it is accurate. The guest count will be verified by staff and we don't want a problem after you have checked in. Please read our rental agreement and understand the penalties.

Christmas is a special season to celebrate with family. We decorate with Christmas trees, Christmas bedspreads, centerpieces, Christmas dishes, and many other small touches that make the cabin totally about Christmas. Jesus is the Reason for the Season.
