"Central location "
We chose this hotel due its proximity to the Metro subway to get us from and to the airport. The hotel served the best breakfast of the 7 we stayed in during our Greece holiday. There are not too many choices of good restaurants within an easy walking distance of the hotel. We walked to the Acropolis from the hotel but it's a good hike!

"Nice hotel"
The hotel is nice. It's a bit outside of the city center which means you have a bit of an extra walk (there are free and city buses that service the hotel though) but it's quieter. The staff could not have been more helpful. I stayed there because of the picture of the pool and fitness center as I was participating in the 2015 Athens marathon. The pool was good but they charged 12 euro to use the treadmill. I recommend including it in the room price or getting rid of the pictures.

"Great alternative to classic hotel in Athens"
We choose this place to do some shopping in the surroundings in our last day in Greece. It is well located for this purpose near The Mall and other shopping centers, is far away of the touristic area and you need to consider a budget for taxis. The apartments are clean and spacious, comfortable bed and the staff is helpful and friendly. For business and shopping the facilities are excellent at very affordable cost.

"Good hotel value, amenities and location"
I was there for 3 nights. Had a good experience. Initial room was not satisfactory and next to elevator upon arrival, making it difficult to sleep on the double bed with poor pillows. Staff was very accommodating and upgraded to another room where everything was perfect the next morning. I have stayed in this hotel many times and find it to be very good value. All amenities are there at a reasonable price. Staff is very friendly and helpful at all locations. Location is very convenient.

"Close to the Metro - comfortable stay"
Fairly good breakfast; café on site for snacks. Easy walking distance to Megaro Moussikis metro station so easy to get into Athens City/Syntagma/Monastriaki as well as to and from the airport.

"Very nice hotel with a poor rep"
Very nice hotel with new lobby and refurbished rooms. Our first room had a non-functioning A/C. Hotel staff was there within two minutes to fix it. Unfortunately they couldn't, so they called the lobby to get us a new room, went and got the key, and took us to an upgraded room. It was a pain, but the staff was incredibly professional and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was awesome and quickly restocked even though very busy. Wifi has to be paid for unless you want to go to the lobby. I bought one day (two devices) and the wifi was very fast. We drank wine and streamed videos. The only downsides are noise, the walls, windows, and floors dont block much; and the upstairs restaurant, Olive Garden. We stopped in for an evening drink. I told the host that we'd like some drinks, and asked where we could sit. I picked a spot outside with a great view. We sat out there for 15 minutes appreciating the view without being served. Then we left. Otherwise the hotel itself is great, but other than the free buffet, I would eat outside at one of the many cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and souvlaki joints.

19 Mitropoleos & Pentelis Str. Syntagma, Athens - Map
"Convenient location for all things Athens!"
This place was only five minutes walk from the heart of the City of Athen's Syntagma Square. There's a lot amenities all around and you can walk to all the major sights in the city including the Acropolis. A definite yes. The only comment (which isn't exclusive to this hotel) is that for Americans, please be prepared for rooms with double beds which seems to be the standard across Europe.
