« My son, daughter-in-law and 2y/o grandson were coming to Iowa City for my late wife's celebration of life. My home a/c went kaput in the midst of Iowa heat/humidity, so I needed to find someplace cool for them to stay. This property fit the "cool" description literally and figuratively...wonderful a/c and a beautiful home. Everything seemed "newish", clean and well. maintained. Large yard in a quiet neighborhood. Close to just about everything in the IC area. Responsive owner, easy check-in....

« This townhome was absolutely perfect for UofI graduation in May! The location was 2 blocks from commencement making it ideal for every type of event associated with the university. The accommodations included every detail possible - tastefully decorated, a roomy main level kitchen/living area for entertaining (including serving pieces of perfection!). « This was the perfect home and location for our large family to have a home base for our Hawkeye’s graduation weekend. The house was very cozy and nicely stocked. Bryan not only made it feel very personalized with freshly stocked coffee/water, notes and welcome baskets, but also stopped by to clear the driveway and deck from tree helicopters for us to host family for lunch after commencement.Would highly recommend this VRBO and hope to stay again for future Hawkeye game! »

« We stayed here for graduation weekend! Great location, walkable to downtown and campus. Very clean and perfect for the occasion. A couple recommendations for the accommodations-a lamp for the bedside tables, a full length mirror somewhere in the house, a couple more chairs in the living area for sitting, a couch that wasn’t so low to the ground and a couple chairs on the front porch to enjoy outdoors when nice. But would definitely stay here again when we are in town! »

« My family was looking for a place to hide out from fireworks and let the pups swim!! The house was just what we needed. We heard a few fireworks mainly off in the distance so the pups weren’t overly bothered by them. The two bigger dogs loved playing in the pond and going for rides on my paddle board and the littles got to enjoy all the new smells! We didn’t catch any fish but we tried. Overall a perfect place to hideaway. »

« First of all, Nikki was our online host and stayed in communication with me the whole time. When we arrived at Cedar River, I found that the cabin I thought I reserved was not the one I actually reserved. Fortunately for us Nikki was there to check us in and helped us upgrade to a bigger cabin to fit our family and puppies.
