Amazing waterfront view. Discover this amazing house with a front view to the canal with a dock and your own boat ramp, great for small boats, jet ski and kayak that can take you to St. Jhons River. This house has 2 bedrooms both with glass slides doors that are going to the deck facing directly to the canal, each one with a bathroom. Enjoy the outside area grilling in the deck and relax having your meals outside. The house was small but very comfortable. We really weren’t in it much anyway. Was able to launch my 22’ boat from the ramp but it was tricky for a boat that size. We didn’t retrieve the boat there because of the drop off; public ramp was really close by. Everyone slept great in the beds and Maria was an awesome Communicator.
