Conveniently located to downtown so you can walk to everything if you like. Beautiful front porch makes for great people watching as well, as the home faces a main thoroughfare. The host has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, from plenty of surge protectors to charge all of your devices, hooks on the back of every door, extra blankets, an Amazon Echo device to play music, and checking in and out was an absolute breeze. It's a 5 minute walk into downtown, just far enough away to be quiet at night but not needing a car to get into all the activities. This time it was only my wife and me, but there is room for more as the downstairs has 2 bedrooms and another bathroom. We stayed upstairs in the master suite which has a nice balcony with a table and chairs to relax and oversee the front yard. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and amenities. James lives next door and was very attentive when we messaged him with questions. Also chatted with us for a bit and gave us recommendations for dinner and things to do. Great rental for the asking price, we would stay here again. ##### Andrew C. It is exceptionally well prepared by the owner, spotlessly clean and every amenity you can think of is available for use. The location couldn't be better, being just a short walk into the town of Mount Dora. The house also has dedicated/private parking making staying there even easier! The owner's communication, prior to the stay, upon arrival and during the stay was outstanding and just right. We would definitley stay here again. A great place. ##### Sam C.
