It's a 5 minute walk into downtown, just far enough away to be quiet at night but not needing a car to get into all the activities. This time it was only my wife and me, but there is room for more as the downstairs has 2 bedrooms and another bathroom. We stayed upstairs in the master suite which has a nice balcony with a table and chairs to relax and oversee the front yard. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and amenities. James lives next door and was very attentive when we messaged him with questions. Also chatted with us for a bit and gave us recommendations for dinner and things to do. Great rental for the asking price, we would stay here again. ##### Andrew C. The first thing that you notice is that everything has been modernized and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking tools, a selection of coffee and teas, and a good ice maker. All the rooms are spacious, and everything is spotless. It IS on a pretty main street so there are the inevitable loud music playing vehicles driving by at times. It was nice to all sit on the front porch and chat in the mornings and we enjoyed our stay very much. ##### Charles A. Our host James and his wife went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable . The house was immaculate and enough room for me and my family, it was 6 of us and we all were very well taken care of . The host was available at all times .
