"Beautiful hotel with stunning ground and excellent pools. Great location with easy walk / drive to the local village of Gennadi for excellent restaurants. Rooms and beds were absolutely 5*.
Only disappointment was sun bed availability - there weren’t enough and unfortunately people reserved them before 7:30 despite signs saying this was not permitted. The only beds available had no parasol which rendered them unusable in the Greek summer heat. "

"The resort is fairly new, the reception is gorgeous (and a great respite from the heat outside), accommodation is excellent, sadly cleanliness was poor and the food at the main restaurant was really really poor, both quantity/variety-wise and quality of the ingredients / cooking. Totally spoils the stay. The restaurant needs a complete overhaul"
"We stayed from the 11th-16th August and had a great time! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who worked most mornings. We felt very safe. The pool is great and usually had sun loungers available. The shop is cheap and has good options. We booked full board which is actually soft all inclusive (alcohol with meals but not at the bar, all food, snacks and soft drinks included). We had to change rooms during our stay, as a family room hadn't been available at the start of our stay, and the staff made the changeover super smooth. "Had a great 10 days here. Very clean, food was brilliant and loads of choice. Pizza near the pool were some of the best I have had. Pools were perfect temperature too. We stayed in an executive sweet with two children and there was ample space and comfort. Will definitely return! All staff worked hard and always smiling. "What a stunning resort and wonderful holiday. We had a fabulous 10 day holiday, great swimming pools often with loungers available later on in the day. Beach a few minutes walk across the road at the bottom of the resort. Would be better if people weren't allowed to save loungers. We arrived at the beach most days by nine and had to search for loungers available for the three of us as others had saved with towels, some didn't show up til midday.
Main restaurant had a wonderful selection of food and then there were themed restaurants, you had to book, we chose the Greek restaurant and ate well. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
Room was adequate for the three of us, a double and a two singles in the same room with ensuite bath/shower and balcony. Coffee/tea and fridge refilled daily with water, soft drinks, beer and wine. "
