"The decor in the hotel is a bit tired and the breakfast is not the best I've seen in a 4 star hotel. That said, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the spa, although not the highest quality, had a great range of gym equipment, a large pool (for UK hotels) and an excellent sauna in each changing room. The steam room and jacuzzi were out of action when I stayed, but I wasn't that bothered by it since it's the post-gym sauna that I really wanted. This is my third stay, and I will definitely return."

"My stay was amazing! Although the rooms were a bit tiny ot was very clean. The amenities were adequate but a refrigerator would have been perfect. The staff was warm and inviting. Two staff members stood out. The first person we met was Shiobhon who was warm, welcoming and inviting. Felt like she was an old friend. Mirza in the dinning room with his great big, welcoming smile went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed, including Coffee Creamer. I will definitely return! I highly recommend this hotel."
