The home was so cute and very clean. The only area of improvement would be more window treatments, we felt a lack of privacy due to only a lace window treatment on the bathroom and no window treatments in the dining room. We were very fortunate Michael allowed us to rent the house to use for a small event and for that we are so very grateful. The only recommendation I could give at this time would be to give a more accurate property description. It should be noted that in the back portion of the property behind the tree line, there is another rental space (that is an RV ) that could be being rented during your rental time of the house. It is technically in the backyard, so if you’re looking to host a private event in the backyard like we were, you may have to consider that there are other renters there. We were lucky they didn’t check in until the day after our event, but it was very unexpected. Otherwise the house is a lot of fun and in a great location to downtown Asheville and the surrounding areas. ##### Taylor C. There was enough room for the 4 of us to spread out, and also comfortable spaces to gather together. We spent two nights sitting around the fire pit, and plenty of time relaxing in the hot tub. Proximity to town and local trails was a plus! The kitchen was well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the extras like coffee, dish soap, and shampoo.
