My husband and I found this property to be perfect for our month-long stay in Asheville. We will be moving into a retirement community in South Asheville in a few years and wanted to spend a good amount of time becoming further acquainted with the city. This VRBO rental was great as it's located a few blocks from downtown, has secure, indoor parking included in the price and is very comfortable. This is a beautiful apartment that is within walking distance of all of the shops, restaurants, bars and breweries in downtown Asheville. It was very clean, comfortable, and up-to-date with modern appliances. We didn't take advantage of the stove, but did use the refrigerator/freezer. There are TV services and a bluetooth speaker to use for music. The bed was very comfortable, and there are two large closets in the bedroom. We took advantage of the washer and dryer which both worked well. The bathroom had two vanities and was large enough the my wife and I could get ready at the same time. The balcony was nice to relax on too. The highway access is easy for day excursions for hikes or tours. Claudia was very responsive on all communication we had with her. I honestly can't say enough good things about this apartment. We will definitely try to rent it again if we go back to Asheville. ##### Robert L.
