« This is the second time my family has stayed here (we like to give places the opportunity for redemption) there is literally the tiniest chance you will see a real employee here, they have a virtual kiosk to use, no answering of front desk phone or hotline, our room 221 (we ended up on the second floor) had extreme dipping in the floor and smoke residue (that gross yellowing of paint) all over the roof and walls with NO DEAD BOLT. « The casita was comfortable. The decor was perfect. We had everything that we needed. It is close to the small town of Hatch which has an amazing little place to eat called “Sparky’s” and also an awesome antique place. We were close to Las cruces and El Paso which was also convenient. We enjoyed our stayed very much! »
