Bonjour, Sejour réservé pour un couple d'ami à moi qui a l'habitude de se rendre sur Tenerif..Emplacement de l'hotel sur un rocher! Rien autour, pas de commerce, pas de plage...rien! Il est impératif de reprendre la voiture pour aller dans un quartier sympa, au resto, boire un verre ou meme sur la plage! Les appartements sont vétustes, très mal insonorisés et en plus la demi pension à été un catastrophe!Tous les jours la meme chose et pas bon du tout! Bref établissement à fuir!! Je suis tout à fait consciente que la crise sanitaire est passée par là mais ça n'excuse en rien l'état des chambres ou la qualité de la nourriture...

Place is fully equipped with pantry and minimart with bar & restaurant on ground floor. However, the 4 star hotel has no phone to call to reception. Also no complimentary bottled water for consumption. Do note check out hour is at 10am officially though they did allow us to extend to 12 when we walked to reception to consult them.

Reception Staff great! Breakfast was great and staff very friendly. Rooms comfortable but pillows terrible! TV great and amenities in the room brilliant. Free WiFi - awful. It either didn’t connect or would drop.

El lugar es precioso, las personas amables, nuestra habitación (426) muy amplia e iluminada, pero tenía un ventilador de techo que sonaba muchísimo, la tele funcionaba mal, estuvimos 4 días y tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran las toallas pues no lo hacen al parecer si no lo solicitas. Vacaciones de desconexión en la Costa del Silencio

Hemos estado muy bien, destacar la amabilidad de todos los empleados y de forma especial de los camareros y camareras del restaurante. Sería el principal motivo por el que valoraríamos repetir. La zona no tiene mucho que ver por lo que es muy tranquila. Nos dieron una habitación mejor que la que habíamos pedido y además nos dieron la petición que habíamos hecho a través de las preferencias por lo que muy agradecidos. Las cenas del restaurante buenas y cuantiosas, por ponerle un pero sería que salirse del menú es complicado.

Complejo que necesita reforma de las habitaciones y pasillos interiores, si bien el resto del complejo está bastante bien y en proceso de mejora según pudimos ver. Personal muy amable. Buena comida y buen servicio. El aspecto mas negativo es que no hay nada de ocio en los alrededores y te obliga a coger coche sí o sí. Ni siquiera una avenida para dar un paseo.

Friendly staff, clean and peaceful

The hotel was pleasant, staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a bit out of the main tourist track, but really nice and peaceful. The only thing I would comment on is that the mattress in the bedroom was so hard it hurt to sleep on. I slept on the sofabed in the lounge that was perfectly good.

We chose to find another hotel

We never got our room. The staff was nice but we were early and had to wait. We didn’t like the hotel and the overall vibe there at all. The food and the shops looked horrible and it was claustrophobic outside by the rather small pool. Very disappointing - we took our bags and found somewhere else to stay.

The complex and the room was very clean and looked after. Enjoyed our stay with no problems. Only negative was the rooms were dated and showed signs of need of refurbish.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel ! Le parking a trois euros par jour c'est vraiment pas cher, restaurant avec le buffet a 16€ et un show flamenco inoubliable, très bon et copieux petit-déjeuner. Tout le personnel est très attentif et souriant! Les réceptionnistes, les serveurs, les femmes de ménage. Il y avait quelques tâches sur le couvre lit, mais il est très difficile d'éviter celà avec la couleur blanche. Nous avions deux balcons dans la chambres et en tournant la tête on peut voir l'océan tout près de nous. Un séjour parfait.
