This charming two-bedroom apartment in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife, is on the 2nd floor of the Las Floritas complex. It features a double balcony with pool views, a well-equipped kitchen, spacious lounge with dining area, and modern amenities including WiFi and satellite TV. The complex includes a shared pool.

Discover the charm of our two-bedroom apartment located in the Las Floritas complex, nestled in the vibrant heart of Playa de las Americas, Tenerife. This idyllic retreat is on the 2nd floor of a complex without an elevator, offering a serene escape with stunning views of the communal swimming pool. The apartment features a spacious double balcony, perfect for enjoying alfresco dining with a patio table and chairs under a sun awning. From here, patio doors open into a cozy lounge, thoughtfully furnished with a sofa, armchair, and a coffee table, complemented by a flat-screen TV offering a range of English and international satellite channels.  
  
Stay connected with complimentary WiFi internet access. The lounge is roomy enough to accommodate a dining area with a table and four chairs. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including an oven, hob, extractor fan, tall fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, ensuring a comfortable stay.
