This luxurious one bedroom lakefront penthouse sits above the infamous Central Emporium shopping center in Okoboji, IA.
Our 1 bedroom suite hosts 1 queen bed and a master bath with a jetted tub and shower. Open up the patio doors from your master suite and sip your coffee or wine from the most amazing full views of West Lake Okoboji with Fireworks every Saturday night.
From your private balcony, listen to live music played all summer long, Arnold's Park pavillion lit up at night, one-of-a-kind West Lake action on the water and so much more.

Cozy up on a chilly evening next to our see-thru fireplace in the living room with a full sized couch and chair across from the sliding door that opens to the balcony with West Lake views. All perfect for watching the TV or taking in the beautiful views. It also a has a nice dining area with table and chairs.

The kitchen is beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, regular coffee pot, microwave, icemaker and fully equipped with everything needed to cook a family meal.

The opposite side of the bedroom supplies a half-bath and a washer and dryer.

Extra amenities: On-site shopping and indoor/outdoor restaurant/bar at the Central Emporium.
You are steps away to many restaurants, bars, shops, Arnold's Park Amusement Park, Live Music every day of the week, Lake access and sandy beaches and many other area attractions. A/C and heat included.

This condo is located at the very top floor of our building for exquisite views and has many stairs without handi-cap accessibility. If you have trouble getting up stairs, please reach out to us before booking.

Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. One parking spot available.

We do have options for boat slip rentals upon request.

This property is very unique with amenities and lake views you won't find anywhere else! The apartment is decorated beautifully and is well equipped with anything you need for a fun lake stay. Numerous shops, restaurants and live music are steps away, was nice to be able to walk everywhere and not worry about traffic and parking.

Dad and daughter trip
After nearly 30, Dad and I returned to The Lake and to this fantastic space! The views of the lake were fantastic, the space was very clean and comfortable. The 21 steps to the penthouse were not too much of a challenge for Dad, but could certainly be an issue for others as listed in the description. The reserved parking space was a huge bonus as the Emporium can be crazy busy during the summer. We loved sitting outside and listening to the live music downstairs and Dad really enjoyed seeing all the boats on the water, especially when The Queen passed by. I would return to this property again.

Perfect for us.,
This is our second time staying in the Penthouse and, once again, we loved the place and it’s location! We appreciate the effort made to create the notebook with lots of information. The bed was comfy, everything was clean, and we could walk to lots of fun places. Last but not least, the view in incomparable!

The setting, views, and location are spectacular
This listing says nothing about the fact that the only access to this location involves a steep set of stairs and that access after Emporium and Prime Hours requires ascending a wooden outdoor staircase. Otherwise, we loved it.

This is hands down the coolest place to stay in Arnold's Park. We loved walking through the lighted arches to the amusement park and beachfront. We loved staying in the shopping mecca. We loved seeing the entirety of West Lake from our couch/bed/ kitchen/ dining table and of course deck. The only thing that could make it better would be if the Gardens was open for brunch.
