Buena opción en Armenia
Muy bien situado en Armenia. Instalaciones amplias ,antiguas pero bien mantenido, estacionamiento en el lugar muy cómodo. atención excelente del personal. para mejorar la insonorización de las habitaciones que es nula. Todo el ruido de los vehículos de la avenida entra en la habitación inclusive en piso alto. Desayuno sin opción integral y sin dispensador de agua. Zona húmeda agradable

Hotel reasonably comfortable but somewhat dated. Breakfast limited but and unappetising. Shower difficult to control. Overall not a relaxing experience.

The only complaint about this hotel is the Wi-Fi, it didn’t work the whole time of my stay. Other than that I recommend this property for pleasure or business.

The property is very nice! The staff was very friendly and ready to help you with anything. The only thing that they could be doing to be better was install some blackout curtains in the rooms other than that was a wonderful experience!

The room was in a very bad condition, the shower was damaged (just cold or super hot water not posible to mix it) making imposible to use it specially with kids. Breakfast very basic, attention not the best, i wont recommend to stay there.

Our room was huge, was a great place to stay for our week in the coffee region. Staff were lovely. Beautiful park/bird sanctuary right beside the hotel that we visited almost every day

Needs renovation
This hotel is in need of serious renovation. It is not welcoming. It’s old and depressing . Beware of room you book as they may place you in a lower rated room as they attempted with mine . This hotel has great potential if they put money into it . I heard at one time it was considered the best . Neglected over time . The staff was friendly overall .

Clearly stated taxes were included, were charged even after showing my reservation! Not clear answers given, very outdated hotel, dirty walls, excellent food but we found some rotten pineapples...

Last time staying at this hotel.
When I arrived to the hotel I wanted to use US dollars to place a deposit. They told me that they only accepted Colombian pesos which I found to be an unusual practice. I had neglected to tell my US bank that I was traveling to Colombia so the next morning I had to take a taxi to a currency exchange and back to the hotel. The last thing was they could not give me a complete accounting of my stay there only a partial statement for a small can of pringles and the taxes. They said a complete statement of deposits and charges would have to come from you. To add insult to injury the Wi Fi did not work on our floor (7th floor) but worked on the ground floor. I have stayed there for the last 16 years. I would not recommend this hotel.

I had a good time in the hotel. The room is good, the service is really good and the location is excellent. There is a restaurant just front the hotel, "Café Quindío" and it is exceptional. The view to the park in beautiful.

Meeting friends
The staff is very friendly and willing to walk the extra mile for you. Turn on the sauna if it is closed, fry eggs for breakfast if the menu is something else. They are warm people that show what hospitality means.
