"JJ was an absolute delight to talk with, and he was such a wonderful and unexpected help when he saw me with my toddler and struggling with a big bag. I always enjoy my stay, and the staff has been repeatedly fantastic."

"Breakfast was decent for an included breakfast. The feel was "almost". There was a bathroom, but it was out of paper towel. There was a juice machine but it was only apple juice. There were waffles, but no syrup. There was sausage but it tasted like rubber. The staff was there, but seemed like they did not want to be bothered."

"The carpet was torn between the room and the bathroom with the carpet tack strip exposed. There was a hole in the wall, the shower had a patch in the fiberglass, the shampoo dispenser was broken, the chair by the desk was disgusting and we saw a cockroach in the bathroom. We will not stay at another Sleep Inn."
