« Our stay was short but good value for the price we paid. We didn't try many of the amenities (breakafast, pool, business center) but they seemed to be in good working order. I appreciated the updated digital experience (USB ports, Smart TV, internet) as some hotels still don't have these. I also liked that we were close to the places we needed to be within about 5-6 minutes.
The one issue I did have was the fitness center. I needed a second key card to get in due to an issue with the lock...

« Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk. Another customer told me he was looking for the staff too. I rang the bell at the front desk and after a couple of minutes a woman came. She took care of the other customer. Just as I was next the phone wrangler and the clerk took the call and proceeded to make a reservation while I stood there and waited. This is not right! She should have told the customer on the phone to wait until she checked me in but she didn't. I wasn't happy about that!!!...
