« The owner was very easy to get ahold of. She was able to handle a couple of small difficulties in a fast and efficient manner. She also was able to answer all the questions I had. The place was well stocked and clean. However, The views from the condo were spectacular was its biggest draw. »

« We had an awesome time at Gulf Island. Beautiful view, cleanliness, convenient parking and such friendly people at the security gate. If I had to provide any negatives it would be that there weren't enough coffee mugs! I know this is unimportant but it seemed like we were constantly washing cups. Our agent Kim was excellent! Hope to stay here again. »

« The place was absolutely beautiful—truly a hidden gem! It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. « We met here with family from Illinois, Georgia and Maryland. The condo, grounds, and amenities were just right for us. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the lagoon, playing pickle ball, tennis, and swimming in the beautiful pool! The views and sunsets were outstanding, and the local restaurants were top notch! The location of Hudson was just right as well. It was within an hour for us to visit the manatees, Clearwater area beaches, Honeymoon Island, and Tampa airport. Five stars! »
