"No air conditioning and the lobby.... Manager is not there supposedly he's on vacation.And the active manager sandra needs to be retraining in customer service..... Renovation is going on next door very noisy..... Check in takes forever , and you must have your hotel.com reservation so they could reconfirm.\n Your reservation, if that makes sense. Even after giving them your passport in a lobby with no air condition and no support. To help you with the internet , just handed a card and you're on your own...... And supposedly the manager sandra was there and did not say , could I help you with the internet..... Horrible experience right off the gate.Do not recommend this hotel."

"I was there 5 nights The housekeeping never changed linen and to be honest I dont care Only change towels water coffee For me it was ok When I have done the checkout they charge me 9thousand pesos for the linen that was dirty Of course it was 5 nights with the same linen I dont even know if the linen was from my room cos I wasn't there The front desk only want receive the money even i complain they didn't care I felt that I was scammed For that reason I can't give a good review and I will never comeback there"

"The hotel is located in a less busy part of boracay and is hidden within trees, green and beach. The staff seemed very nice and kind, but unfortunately our experience was not the best. First, the rooms allocated sit across from the reception and right above where the streaks and buses come to pick up and drop off guests. There is constant noise, especially since the cars need to come there backwards and with the loud sound playing as the rear gear is engaged. And the concierge and guests will naturally talk to communicate, and that adds to the noise substantially. The breakfast was disappointing (but food at restaurant and the pizza were actually not bad). They failed to replace the toilet paper (makes you wonder why they don’t always have an extra one) and despite failing to replace with cleanup, and after I had called them to ask for, they never send someone to bring us …toilet paper. Again, the staff seemed nice but clearly the hotel could benefit from improvements in management. The hotel sits in a great location and has great potential, but management has to change."

"I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars or rate this place twice. Villa Caemilla Beach Boutique Hotel is, without a doubt, the best hotel/resort in Boracay, and I cannot recommend it enough. This trip was especially meaningful because my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, and Villa Caemilla made it feel truly unforgettable from beginning to end. Even before arriving, their team was already incredibly attentive and proactive. They reached out to ask if I needed assistance arranging transportation from the airport, which made the entire trip smooth and stress-free from the very beginning (and I highly recommend taking advantage of that service). From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty. Every single person was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with absolutely anything. Their smiles, kindness, and professionalism made us feel truly cared for throughout our entire stay. The level of service, attentiveness, hospitality, cocktails, and food was simply outstanding and beyond anything we expected. What truly makes this place special is the people. Special thanks to Geline, Aaron, Driggs, Razel, Caloi, Mark, Paul, Samantha, Daniel and R for making our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond in every interaction and truly embodied what exceptional customer service should look like. Their level of customer obsession and genuine care is on another level. "If you want to be closer to the airport, then this is a so so inn for you, but be aware that staff are not so accommodating, no basic HRM training, room has webs on the corner, no blackout curtains, no proper insulations that is why the owner will call “noisy guest” when they talk in the room, loud music until 12AM when you decided to sleep early to catch up a flight. But if you want comfort, then this place is not for you. "
