"We love the Queensbury....we stay there every time we go to the Saratoga/Glens Falls area. The staff is great, the food is delicious and the hotel is gorgeous!"

"We checked into a junior suite. There was a bloody giant booger on the wall, along with smeared bloody boogers on a picture, and the microwave had food in it, also there was a sock in the bed when I first pulled the covers back so it lead me to think it was never changed…. I took pictures of all these issues and made mention to the front desk, who said the following day they would clean it. They didn’t. I had to stop and ask housekeeping myself the following day and point the issues out to get a clean room…"

"The property was well situated with amenities nearby. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was OK. Unfortunately, it was raining during our stay and the ceiling leaked in our room, causing all the clothing I had hanging in the closet area to get soaked."

"We had to wait a hour to check in because the room wasn’t ready at 4pm which is the check in time. The treehouse in the waterpark was broken down. The grill in the water park did not have any of the menu items I tried to order. The bathrooms in the lobby and the waterpark were dirty. Our room smelled like vomit. "
