Had an excellent day at Ibis Styles. The staff was fabulous. Friendly and always helpful. The room was spacious. Clean. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Lots of choices of fresh and healthy food. The food in the restaurant was good (and cheap) The local area is being developed but there is already a food court and expo centre next door. And a bank. It’s safe to walk in the area. It’s a long walk to the main square but only a $4 cab ride.

This is a newer hotel in Ulaanbaatar close to airport not in the hectic traffic of city center. Rooms are well done . Beds comfortable. Overall this hotel is exceptional

I stayed here for five nights and it was amazing. I even had a balcony with a view! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location with convenient stores nearby and walking distance to all the things I wanted to see. Plus the bed was so comfy I wish I could have taken it back home with me. If I'm ever in Mongolia again, I'm 100% staying here and I recommended this place as well.

Great hotel

The staff were very polite and kind. I booked here after having a horrible experience at a different accommodation. It made a huge difference in my trip! I am very thankful that I got to stay here. I definitely would stay again!

Great service

Beautiful, very well located with all the facilities and luxury needed after a long stay in the wild....

We landed in Ulaanbaatar and were in for a night before our tour started. It is conveniently located right next to the Square, which makes it easy to walk around. The only thing: traffic! If your tour is picking you up from your hotel, try to plan pickup outside of peak rush hour. Room was clean, did not hear other guests while we were there. Water (and hot water) worked well. Breakfast was included and was nice (buffet style).

Staff was really helpful. Stayed here before and after a tour, they kept my medicine for me while I was gone. Manager offered to have sandwiches made up for us since we left for the airport before the breakfast started. Mattress was a little hard and springy but otherwise a great property.

Comfortable hotel, great breakfast, friendly reception. Close to Gandan Monastery but a bit far from city centre.
