The rooms were clean and the hotel was well maintained. There is no elevator but the hotel staff will help you with your luggage. A basic breakfast was an unexpected bonus (I didn't notice it when making a reservation). It has nothing to do with hotel itself but when coming from or going to the Ulaanbaatar airport give yourself plenty of time.
