"A group of us stayed at the West& Main property recently and genuinely enjoyed our stay. The hotel is only about 20mins from Center City, Philly. Check in was quick and easy with front desk staff being both welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Upon first entering it also smelled freshly cleaned which we all appreciated. At one point we requested extra towels and the gentleman who brought them (within 10mins of us calling the front desk might I add) was so pleasant and well mannered. Parking is available for hotel guests for $20/night. We weren’t able to try the food at their restaurants but it all smelled delicious and everyone eating looked to be enjoying their food. The gym was on the smaller side but still allowed for great workouts. All in all I’d definitely recommend."

"The pictures show an updated facility… and it is/was. But it hasn’t been maintained and it is not clean. Smoke detectors removed, hair in the bathroom, shower curtain rod so, so rusty and shower curtain was gross, faucet water smelled like iron- I had to ask for a bottle of water to brush my teeth because there also is no beverage vending machine. My key didn’t work when I got there, but the door was already open. Common areas very dirty, especially the carpets. I was staying for one quick night, so I endured, but I will not return."

"Staff was amazing! They go above and beyond to keep the authenticity of the Victorian Mansion turned Bed & Breakfast. The rooms are kept with their Victorian feel, the bed was comfortable, water pressure great, individual ac units in each room. This is not a typical hotel. If you know that going in, everything about it is wonderful!"

"Pros: we checked in late that night and the system was down, but staff was sfillvedy helpful and polite. Upon entering the room, there was a scent that was overwhelming. Each time we reentered, the scent was present and did not go away. It smelled of some sort of body or hair product. We booked a one bedroom.suite with a pullout full size sofa bed. The wear other couch was very apparent. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. When we went for breakfast buffet, it was towards the end 9:30am and it got very busy. Howver there was not enough staff ok standby to help with the mess and spills on the floor. I even witnesssd a teen slip overfhe oj. It took af least ten minutes for someone to.come and mop it up. Overwallthe location was convinient, the swimming pool I'd say was very cloudy but fun for our kids. The hot tub was nice and warm. Paying $250 a night was over priced for what we received."
