The hotel has very nice staff and good service. However the hotel is a bit old and we could hear different noises from other rooms and outside.
Great Location - Just be sure you have a plan in place for your arrival and parking, if you have a car. We received a parking pass from the hotel, but the parking is 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. The Old City has no vehicle access, so it is wise to plan your arrival if you want to stay in the center ...
A gem of a contemporary hotel in the very heart of Perugia ... staff were super friendly and helpful ... breakfast was lovely set in beautiful rooms ... our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, like new and very modern! There parking was very handy & easy and we would highly recommend this place ...
Excellent central hotel. We had read reviews online before booking so knew from them that some of the hotel features are a bit old & need updating. So we weren’t surprised and got what we were expecting. Pros - central, clean, excellent staff, quiet room (as requested) and beautiful fluffy towels, ...
Quaint hotel with nice rooms with balconies in a very old building wth a great roof top lounge
We had a great stay at Hotel Sant’Ercolano. The location was great about a 12 Euro trip from the train station. Very close to many sites, restaurants and shops in the beautiful old historic part of Perugia. The room was clean, breakfast was great and the reception team were really helpful.
Nice and kind, close to every interesting site easy to find good acces to transportation
A great hotel, classically old-school with polite, friendly but discreet staff, quiet corridors and grand public spaces. The views from the balconies are exceptional, the rooms spacious and well-appointed. The pool in the cellars is atmospheric, the breakfast is comprehensive and delicious. Together ...
Great location. Some staff friendly and helpful, others less so. Breakfast was rather basic but staff nice. Gym very small with no water and air con.
