  • Agréable petite maison dans une rue calme. Possibilité de tout faire à pied : plage, promenades en bateaux, traversée pour le Cap Ferret, Île aux Oiseaux, piste cyclable, marché, boutiques, Parc Mauresque...
    Non loin du golf, Aqualand, parc d'attraction pour enfants (environ 30 mn en voiture).
    Elle se compose :
    - D'une cuisine équipée avec vaisselles, ustensiles de cuisine, table ronde, réfrigérateur congélateur, plaques induction (4), hotte, four à chaleur tournante, micro-onde, télévision.
    - Une première chambre avec lit 160 x 200, matelas neuf, grande penderie.
    - Une deuxième chambre avec des lits jumeaux 90 x 190, matelas de qualité, petit bureau et rangements.
    - Un salon avec canapés et deux fauteuils, télévision, buffet, table basse.
    - Une salle de bain avec baignoire, meuble de rangement.
    - WC séparés.
    - Toutes les ouvertures sont équipées de moustiquaires.
    - Une terrasse avec patio fleuri, équipé d'une table, banc et chaises de jardin, pour votre petit déjeuner ou repas.
    - Wifi gratuit.
    - Buanderie avec lave-linge et lave-vaisselle.

    Pas de parking mais possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue assez proche. L'été, parking relais à l'entrée de la ville ou parking privé couvert "Indigo" à 5 mn à pied de la maison (se renseigner auprès du site de la ville d'Arcachon).

    Ménage fin de séjour obligatoire.

La petite maison Arcachonnaise est très confortable et d une extrême propreté . Il y a tout ce qu il faut pour cuisiner . Un extérieur abrité avec tables et chaises où l on a pu mettre nos trois vélos . Sabine et son mari nous ont attendus car notre train avait du retard . Ce sont des personnes charmantes et prévenantes . Et cerise sur le gâteau , un cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait . Merci Sabine , pour votre accueil et votre écoute . Les 3 dames à vélo .

Séjour parfait à Arcachon avec un emplacement idéal à 5 mn à pied du centre ville (tout en étant au calme) et de la plage et 15 mn de la gare. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée (rien ne manque), la literie très confortable, la propreté impeccable. Le patio est très agréable pour les repas ou même une pause extérieure.Nombreuses informations disponibles sur Arcachon et la région, qui nous ont été bien utiles.Un très grand MERCI à Sabine pour son accueil, sa disponibilité constante et sa gentillesse ! Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons passé un superbe séjour à Arcachon avec nos enfants ! La maison est agréable à vivre, très bien équipée, idéalement située tout près de la plage, des commerces et des animations, tout en étant située au calme. Maison charmante, emplacement idéal à Arcachon

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison idéalement située à Arcachon.La plage est accessible en quelques minutes à pied, tout comme les commerces, le marché et d'excellents restaurants. Un vrai luxe de pouvoir tout faire à pied !La maison est parfaitement équipée et très agréable à vivre. Elle dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse, parfaite pour les repas ou les moments de détente.L’accueil a été très chaleureux et professionnel, avec des hôtes disponibles et attentionnés.Nous recommandons vivement cette location à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Arcachon dans les meilleures conditions.

Idéalement situé

Situé entre le cœur de ville et la plage, ce logement nous a permis de bénéficier de toutes les joies d’Arcachon de façon très simple. La maison est parfaite, très bien équipée, très propre. Bref nous avons adoré !

Très agréable séjour

Sabine nous a très bien reçues. Nous n’étions pas motorisées et Sabine est venue à la gare prendre maman qui est une personne âgée en voiture ainsi que nos bagages. On se sentait comme chez nous dans la maison bien équipée. Elle est exceptionnellement bien située entre l’hyper centre et la plage. Très bon séjour. Merci

Location parfaite

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très propres et confortable (y compris la literie) et extrêmement bien placée. Tout est accessible à pied en quelques minutes : plages, boutiques (Monoprix à 4 minutes à pied). Elle est située au coeur du centre ville mais sans aucune nuisance. L'accueil de Madame M est extrêmement agréable, simple et efficace. Nous la remercions vivement. Nous gardons cette adresse précieusement pour un prochain séjour.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé 2 nuits superbes. La maison est très fonctionnelle il y a tout jeux pour les enfants connections internet pour les ados. Cuisine très bien équipée. Petite cour très agréable. Accès à la plage et au centre très rapide à pieds. Très bon accueil des hôtes toujours à notre disposition si besoin et très arrangeant. Nous sommes repartis avec plein de bons souvenirs. Nous le conseillons fortement.

Maison très pratique et très agréable

La maison est parfaitement située entre la plage et les commerces / restaurants. Elle est bien équipée et le petit patio extérieur clos est très bien pour de jeunes enfants. La literie est très confortable. Sabine a été très attentive et disponible pour que nous passions la meilleure semaine possible. Merci !

Excellent séjour

Avec nos deux enfants nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Nous avons pris plaisir à profiter et à prendre soin de cette jolie maison de plein pied située au calme. La location est très bien équipée et il y a même des jeux pour les enfants. Nous n’étions pas véhiculés et avions tout à proximité immédiate. C’est la location parfaite pour profiter en famille d’Arcachon, de ses plages et des commerces. De plus les hôtes sont très accueillants, disponibles et attentionnés. Nous avons eu du mal à quitter Arcachon et cette charmante maison. Encore merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil très chaleureux. Nous espérons revenir dès que possible.

Très belle expérience

Nous avons l’honneur de poster le premier commentaire et tenons à remercier notre hôte pour son accueil très chaleureux et la sa disponibilité. La situation de l’appartement est parfaite car à 5min de la plage et autant du centre-ville. L’absence de garage est comblée par la possibilité de se garer au Parking couvert Indigo et qui se trouve également à 5min de l’appartement. L’appartement est tout confort et surtout calme et reste frais malgré les fortes chaleurs que nous avons eues. Expérience que nous renouvellerons.
