Excelente ubicación, tranquilo para aparcar, buen desayuno y sobre todo personal muy amable... cama grande y muy cómoda , baño con set higiene personal muy completo, ( gel, champú,máquina de afeitar, cepillo dental,,,,,)calefacción central en la habitación y también en baño.....un placer será volver para alojarme más días en este hotel

Hotel centrico , nos dierón la habitación 16 , muy antigua, las lamparas no funcionaban, cama antigua, el baño limpio, pero con una cortina en la bañera , le falta una reforma rapida , es una pena , hace unos seis años nos alojabamos con frecuencia , y nunca me dierón una habitación asi ,la ventana daba a un patio, teniamos buenos recuerdos pero... por el precio que cobran cualquier otro , esta mucho mejor

Easy walking distance to everything

Had a problem when booking in, in afternoon. We had booked a family room but receptionist told us they are only for 4 people and since there was only my husband and myself we were given a standard room. Contacted Hotels.com through Messenger App and they had it sorted out by late evening. First room was a standard room 108, socket hanging off wall and night light cover missing. Our new room 106 was big, clean and had lots of windows and balconies (not to sit out on). Beware when having a shower as pressure very strong (which is good) but head can swing up to ceiling and flood bathroom. Lady doing breakfasts was excellent, very attentive. I had a coughing spell she came over with a glass of water. Nothing was too much bother for her. Breakfast consisted of bread, 2 meats, frittata, cheese, yoghurts, cereals, cakes, fruit, teas and coffee. Hotel in easy walking distance to everything. Plenty parking round about hotel. Hotel has small areas needing tended to, curtain hooks missing, sockets hanging off wall etc. Wouldn't take much to make it look smarter. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

De kamers worden dagelijks goed en naar behoren schoongemaakt. Dagelijks schone lakens en handdoeken. Het hotel is centraal gelegen. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het enige minpuntje vind ik, was dat wifi in de kamers zwak of er helemaal niet was in de slaapkamer. In de huidige moderne tijd is het toch een “must”. Misschien is het voor de directie het overwegen waard te investeren in een goed wifi-bereik. Verder is de neonverlichting van de naam “Don Manuel” aan vervanging toe. Ondanks deze opmerkingen heb ik toch een positief gevoel en verblijf ervaren. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam.

The rooms were clean but the decor was very faded, tired and shabby. There were burn marks on the walls by the light fittings which didn’t fill me with much confidence. The soundproofing was poor and the windows didn’t lock which on the ground floor wasn’t very good. I felt it was overpriced for what it offered and for the condition of the property.

Nada q ver con las fotos . Mantenimiento 0 cosas rotas sin reparar, cortinas descolgadas, toallas desgastadas y rotas q dan sensación de suciedad y dejadez , y q decir de los colchones . Mi hijo de 5 años no pudo dormir en el sofá cama por q se le clavaban los muelles del colchón q estaba destrozado y se suponía q este sofá cama es para dormir 2 niños. A parte tenía un lateral todo roto. La cama donde durmió mi marido un horror también cada vez q se movía parecía q se rompía la cama. En fin un desastre de lugar yo no paro más.

Si eres una rana y quieres pasar un fin de semana en una cloaca, reserva en Hotel Don Manuel Aranjuez. Las habitaciones huelen como una auténtica cloaca, las camas, colchones y lencería son como las de una película de manicomios y el personal de recepción tiene una cara que acompaña con un fin de semana de auténtico terror. Una estafa en toda regla!

Look elsewhere.

The hotel was dirty and smelly. Room decor was a hotchpotch of different colours. Air con control knob missing and curtains dropped of poles. No bulb in bed side light and used paper cloth lying on floor. Staff helpful enough but fighting a losing battle.
