It was a nice hotel. The room was nice, AC was good. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nice, the shower was very nice, maybe even great for couples. Had a balcony, small but nice. Also was nice the gentleman I talked to at the front desk in spoke good English and wasn't hard to understand. I feel like it was a 4 stars before COVID and has lost a little of that since then.. but I'd be willing to stay again. Next time with an ocean view room.

A equipe, principalmente do restaurante e as funcionárias da limpeza eram extremamente gentis e cordiais. O café da manhã é variado e muito saboroso. A estrutura do hotel, embora bem antigo, é bem conservada e a decoração é de muito bom gosto. As acomodações tinham um tamanho razoável e o box do banheiro era muito espaçoso e contava com uma barra de metal para apoio de pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade. Água do chuveiro bem quentinha e com bastante pressão. De modo geral, foi uma boa estadia. Só um ponto de atenção é realizarem uma limpeza mais detalhada com certa periodicidade nos quartos, já que no meu quarto, embora o chão muito limpo, tinha teias de aranha ao lado do frigobar e muita poeira em vários móveis. Embora seja um hotel quatro estrelas, achei a qualidade das roupas de cama bem inferior. Lençóis extremamente rígidos, lembravam até um plástico. Outro detalhe é que tentamos pedir pelo app do hotel algumas coisas para comer e beber na beira da piscina e simplesmente ficamos um tempão aguardando confirmação e acabamos desistindo e cancelando o pedido.

Como sempre, impecável o Celi Hotel Aracaju. Sem dúvidas, o melhor custo benefício em Aracaju. Atendimento nota 1.000. Excelente localização. Vc se sente em casa. O café da manhã tem muita fruta, inclusive frutas nobres (kiwi, ameixa, pinha, caju, pêra). Ja é a sétima vez que eu e minha familia nos hospedamos no Celi. Obrigada a toda a equipe. Vcs estão de parabéns.
