"The property was in ok condition. There was mildew around the seal on the tub. The rest of the room was ok. The public spaces were a little run down with half ass repairs here and there. The breakfast was ok - it's a typical hotel breakfast with the addition of cooked to order eggs. The hotel requires both a copy of your photo ID and they take a photo of you upon check in. This was not disclosed at booking, but be aware of this."
