"Was supposed to be a full buffet breakfast was nowhere near a full buffet breakfast bed could be softer hotel was ok but definitely could be better"

"The hotel was on our route home and right off the highway. The front desk staff when we checked in were polite and friendly. Unfortunately, there was a used bandaid on the floor in our bathroom and the tub, while clean, had rust around the drain and some mold stains on the grout. The toilet barely flushed and the sink and tub drained slowly. The bedding was clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The noise level was not bad at night ."

"We experienced an extremely soiled and stained mattress pad cover on our sleeper sofa couch in our king room where our special needs daughter was to sleep. The stain appeared to be splatters of blood.This should have been inspected by housekeeping staff after EVERY stay by any customer. The sleeper couch is in that room for a reason as an additional place to sleep. The night person at the desk came right away and changed the linens and was shocked to see what we had described to her on the phone. She was mortified and apologized profusely and even offered to put us in a different room. "
