"Fantastic place to stay if you don’t mind being outside the city center. Angela the owner is a fantastic host. She happily called for dinner reservations on our velar, and even arranged for parking to minimize walking for my elderly father. This is a huge deal inside the city walls. Grazie! The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well. "We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint. "This is an elegant property with excellent service. You feel special from the moment you walk in until you leave. It is beautiful everywhere you look. The bed is so comfortable, the shower is great with lots of water pressure. The tub is large enough for a tall man. Breakfast is beautifully presented and prepared with many choices. Quiet, comfortable, within walking distance to Centro, excellent restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed hanging out in the beautiful lobby sipping a cocktail and enjoying the ambiance. Lovely outdoor patio and pretty grounds. We had a delightful stay. Highly recommended."
