Nice location and nice big family rooms.

Hotel location is wonderful so is the building itself. Loved staying there. Staff didn't seem too friendly and didn't see them smile once. Didn't feel welcomed by them. But other than that everything was good.

Charged me twice and refused to refund

I booked a room last minute for a business trip (booking made at 9pm night before). The booking was duplicated in error (I clicked on booking twice as I thought it hadn’t been received) and I was charged twice. I arrived late and there was no one on reception so I explained the error in the morning but the owner refused to refund me for the extra room which he knows I didn’t use. He said that the room could have been sold to someone else even though I booked on the night before! I will not use this hotel again

Les chambres sont très confortable malheureusement j'ai été dérangé par le bruit de la rue et surtout des chambres voisines. Une mention spéciale au Monsieur très désagréable à l'accueil ! Est-ce le propriétaire ? Aucune idée, un petit bonjour c'est gratuit mais apparemment c'est trop lui demander.

Dårlig oplevelse. Hotellet var ok. Morgenmaden var ringe! Der stod morgenmaden var klar kl 08:00, men det stod først klar lidt i 09:00. Området var røv sygt. Vi kunne nærmest ikke få noget mad, da alt var lukket, selv på en fredag og lørdag aften. Vi havde først booket et familieværelse og skrev til dem at vi havde hund med, da der stod det var okay. De skriver så til os at hunden ikke må være på et familieværelse. De kunne ikke give os pengene tilbage… så vi skulle betale mere fordi vi så skulle have 2 værelser i stueetagen, da man godt må have hund der. Dette stod ingen steder. Så vi blev opkrævet for mere. Personalet er ikke smilende eller hjælpsomme. Derudover var det ubemannet mange gange om dagen. Ikke en anbefaling her fra!

Bij aankomst was het restaurant en bar gesloten. Bij het ontbijt waren de eieren rauw. Het espressoapparaat en de eierenkoker gaven kortsluiting Ontbijt is van 8 tot 10, maar om 06.45 lag het beleg al uitgestald.

!!! VORSICHT - ABZOCKE HOTEL !!!

Uns wurde gesagt das Frühstück ist im Hotel inklusive. Wir haben extra nachgefragt das es nicht im Reservierung steht und wir nicht nachher bezahlen müssen. Bei checkout war andere Personal da und hat uns 60€ berechnet. Wir haben gesagt das die andere Mitarbeiter uns gesagt hat das es inklusive ist. Aber den war das egal. Wir werden NIE WIEDER in diesen hotel gehen und auch niemand empfehlen es zu tun.

Hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité prix, avec des chambres spacieuses, petit déjeuner parfait,par contre dommage qu’il y avait une porte mitoyenne avec une autre chambre et en plus occupé et mal insonorisé, et aussi je regrette de ne pas pouvoir pu choisir, lors de la réservation entre un lit double ou deux lits séparés

Super beliggenhed i flot grønt område. Kæmpe værelser og senge i høj kvalitet. Parkering lige foran døren, god service og eloplader til bil 👍. Her kommer vi tilbage.
