Apartment of 60 m² located on the 3rd and last floor of a Provencal house which includes 1 apartment per floor. The apartment is air conditioned with a covered terrace of 10 m² and has 2 bedrooms, a living / dining room with American kitchen, a bathroom, shower, bidet and WC, Plenty of storage. Sunny, 'East' exposure for bedrooms and 'West' lounge and dining room. The bedrooms overlook a small quiet street and the living / dining room on the pedestrian street. Double glazing on all windows. Apartment refurbished in 2010 and very well maintained. At the foot of the pedestrian street, all shops, restaurants, pubs, wine bars and within a radius of 200 meters Provencal market, beach, port, rampart, Picasso museum and 400 m from the bus and train station .... Loved the appartment. It was clean and quiet on third floor. The best part was the location. Located right in the middle of restaurants, shops and just steps to the beach.
Marco property is well organized and 100% clean. The check -in process is very simple and easy, even we didn’t speak France. Its location is perfect for us to access anywhere we want to go.

This place is the perfect spot/area in Old Town Antibes. The view from the balcony is the cutest little corner in Old Town. The apartment is super clean, the AC works great, there are plenty of supplies, blankets, etc for all your needs. Marco was responsive with any needs we had. Great place, super safe and hope to be back.
This place is just like the pictures, located right in the center and close to everything. The kitchen is well stocked making cooking a delight especially if you get your food from the daily market. We would definitely return I think Antibes is one of my most favorite places to visit. Day trips are easy as the train station is only about a 10 minute walk away. Thank you for your hospitality.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place was extremely clean and very convenient to everything in the old town and port of Antibes. A nice big kitchen dining living room with a big balcony overlooking an active little street with restaurants. Soundproof balcony glass doors kept the sound out when we wanted it out. Not much else to say. Loved it and will definitely go back.
nice roomy and clean flat with a great kitchen (including lots of useful kitchen supplies) and incredible location! Its very near the beach and yet right in the center of restaurants and markets. Furthermore the noise cancelling windows and air conditioning systems in every room were wonderful features. All in all amazing stay! The whole family recommends! :)
For a two week stay in weather that did not meet expectation this apartment made up for it with a location that was ideal for local sightseeing, market shopping and relaxing. Clean and well appointed. Fine for us but no lift. We will come back.
The location is top notch, the apt is very modern and clean. Restaurants, stores, and markets are within a few blocks. Outside noise goes away when doors and windows are closed - they are soundproof! The nearest parking lot is underground and very convenient but expensive. One disadvantage- 3 flights of steep narrow stairs.
This is a very spacious and clean apartment with everything you might need plus reliable wifi. The location is perfect; right in the middle of the old town, two minutes from Plage Gravette and close to several good grocery stores and nice restaurants. We would happily rent it again.

A great apartment in a fabulous location! With excellent restaurants on the doorstep and shops nearby, this is an outstanding location right in the heart of Old Antibes!
The apartment has lots of space and is equipped with everything you need. The balcony is great and overlooks a busy street that contains several restaurants.
The apartment has double-glazing so is very quiet and the entrance is on a quiet side street.
Situated on the third floor, there are steps to negotiate but the floors are well lit.
All-in-all a fantastic place to stay and we will definitely stay there again!
This apartment was well equipped and very clean. The main living area is roomy and full of light. The owner is responsive by email, but he also has a proxy in the building who can help answer questions as they arise.The location is in a active part of Old Antibes close to the main portal. Many restaurants and shops are at your fingertips. Soud-proofing is good, so noise at night is not a problem. As stated by others, there are several flights of stairs so make sure you can carry any heavy suitcases up. There is public parking close by which is expensive. We did not investigate the parking below the building because we did not want to enter the old-city with our car.
This is a great apartment in the heart of old Antibes with plenty of room for a small family. The Terrance overlooks a lively street great for people watching (so there is some expected noise). There is paid parking within a 2 min walk, and once you are there, so many restaurants and shops and open market all right there. Marco was very responsive in all of our communications. The only small downfall is the stairwell to the fourth floor was not lit, but we had our lights from our phones. We do not speak French, but still managed the checkin with Lolanda. Overall a wonderful place and highly recommend.
A perfect location in the middle of the old town of Antibes. Could nor have been closer to a selection of restaurants, bars shops and the daily market. Also the beach. Only small problem is that taxi's cannot drop off outside the apartment.
There are 50 stairs to the 3rd floor but once inside the lounge is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The shower is quite small but works well. Bedroom one has a standard double bed and bedroom two, 2 x singles (1 x 80cm, 1 x 90cm). There is plenty of bed linen and towels supplied.
Antibes is a great little town and a walk to Juin les Pins where there are more beaches nd bars/restaurants.
We would definitely go back and quite possibly choose the same apartment.
- The property was in the perfect location, close to a lovely beach and a short walk to the train station.
- Lots of nice restaurants around.
- The property was very clean and the manager was very helpful.
- Apartment was equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Including beach equipment such as a parasol, beach mat, buckets and spades.
- The free access to Wi-Fi was very helpful.
- Air-con is available in both bedrooms and the living room which was great during the mini-heatwave we experienced.
- We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to return in the future.
- The only downside was the TV only being available in French, the possibility of having a smart TV/Netflix would be a great touch.
An oasis in the midst of Old town Antibes. The apartment is spacious, very clean, nicely furnished and has a well equipped kitchen with full sized appliances including a washing machine. Shops, restaurants, cafes, food market, beaches, Picasso museum are all very close. Marco, the host, was always available for questions. I highly recommend this apartment. Please note that parking is available at car parks within a 5 minute walk.
