### Le Tourraque - Proche Plage

Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 60 m² air-conditioned flat with Wi-Fi for rent in Antibes, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The flat is on 2 floors and has a staircase leading to a bedroom upstairs.  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A living room with TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob...  
\- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)

The flat is ideally located in old Antibes, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are within easy reach.

The flat is located in old Antibes, which is a pedestrian zone, making it impossible to reach the flat by car. The Q-Park car parks at Port Vauban and La Poste are 3-5 minutes away.
