« Our stay was decent overall, great kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable couch, but we ran into a few issues that added some hassle. When we first arrived, there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom that filled the entire downstairs—we had to go out and buy air freshener just to make it bearable.Some things didn’t match the listing photos. The couch was against the wall instead of in front of the TV, so we had to move it ourselves to make the space usable. The toilet paper...

« Vrbo host poor communication skills- did not respond to any of my questions on the vrbo app, had to call to get check in instructions. On vrbo app, listing stated that check in instructions are emailed 3 days before check in - I had to call and text the host the day before. All he had to do was respond with,”I send them the night before” if that was the case. Note that there are no toiletries. »
