Das Zimmer was wir gebucht hatten stinkte dermaßen, dass ein überdachten dort für uns nicht in Frage kam. Vermutlich ein nicht sichtbarer Schimmelbefall. Auch war es sehr klein zudem sollten wir für die Benutzung der Klimaanlage 2€/Tag extra bezahlen, was schon eine Abzocke vermuten ließ, weil ich im gebuchten Angebot diese zusätzlichen Kosten nicht gesehen hatte. Wir haben es reklamiert und gegen Aufpreis eine etwas größere Doppelbettzimmer mit ungemühtlichem Hinterhof-Balkon bekommen. Auf dem Doppelbett lag nur ein einziger bunter, stinkender Handtuch für zwei Personen. Die auf dem Fotos zu sehenden in Schwanenform gefalteten Handtücher entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit und sind sehr irreführend. Ich habe noch nie in einem so unangenegmen Bett geschlafen. Im Badezimmer fehlte die hälfte vom Spiegel, Ablage und Seifenspender waren mal vorhanden und fehlten gänzlich. Hinter der Tür war ein großer rechteckiger Loch ca. 25x40 cm wo man die Leitungen sehen konnte. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und nachts ist es im Hotel laut. Am nächsten Morgen wollte ich mit dem Eigentümer sprechen und fragen, ob er einen teil meiner Zahlung für die vier Übernachtung erstatten könnte, da wir keine weitere nacht mehr dort schlafen wollten. Der Eigentümer hat ein Gesprech abgelehnt obwohl er vor Ort war. Die Mitarbeiter waren mit der Situation überfordert. Im ganzen, war es das schlechteste Hotel was ich bisher hatte. Daher kann ich nur alle vor diesem Hotel warnen.

When we arrived they asked us to pay extra for air tion but we didnt ask about that and room is not clean no amenity only towel and toilet paper no elevator our room is 4th floor and there is noise at night from neighbors

Отвратительный отель!

Отвратительный отель. Персонал говорит только на турецком. При оплаченном в тарифе кондиционере просили 50 TL за день. Накурено везде, начиная с ресепшна, заканчивая "некурящей" комнатой (которая была указана при бронировании), в которой находилась пепельница. Сказать, что это гадюшник, ничего не сказать. Номер грязнющий. При попытке сказать им об этом, они говорят, что белье постиранное (хотя было видно, что на нем спали) и номер чистый, а при попытке попросить переселить в другой номер, сказали, что других свободных номеров у них нет, хотя вечером почти все жалюзи были опущены, что говорит о том, что там полно свободных номеров. Интернет wi fi не работает. В номере нет ни одного шкафа. Висит только одна вешалка (на двух человек!). Один полусломанный стул и малюсенький столик. Нет ни туалетной бумаги, ни мыла, не говоря уже о полотенцах, которые они рекламируют на фото в виде лебедей. Вода в кране в туалете только ХОЛОДНАЯ! В бутылочке из-под мыла (на фото) - водичка с парой капель средства для мытья рук, оно не мылит совсем. На фото видно, что на этих кроватях спали и после этого их даже не удосужились привести в надлежащий вид, они не заправленные и мятые. Столик был липкий и грязный, пологла только перекись водорода. "Тапочки" - заношенные и убитые напрочь. Пол весь пыльный и грязный. Все ужасно! Сэкономив пару сотен рублей вы получаете хостел бомж-эконом класса. Кстати, близкое расположение главной улицы с одной стороны хорошо, но с другой - это шум и пыль. Не советуем!

Kışın tavsiye etmem.

2 günlük bir konaklamamız oldu. Kış olduğu için heryer çok kötüydü. Otelin kliması sürekli çalışmasına rağmen hiç ısıtmıyordu. Yerlerde halı vs olmadığı için çok soğuktu ve battaniyeleri sanırım sezon bittikten anra hiç yıkamadılar toz içindeydi. Bidaha uğramayacağım biyer. Fakat sahipleri bay&bayan olarak çok tatlıydılar sobanın başında birlkte kahvaltı yapmak keyifliydi.

There was an old beer bottle next to the bed and someones flip flops in the shower when I checked in. It's cheap which is nice but the staff are inattentive and absent. There is a family living in the reception area soit is not really run like a business.

Booking showed air conditioned room but they said we have to pay extra, we said it's included in booking, eventally they sent someone to take the air condition remote from our room. Door lock jammed and we were locked in and out of the room. Nothing was done obout it. If it wasn't for the above then overall it's good for the price.

Terrible hotel, don't even come *near* this place

Located in a crowded, noisy neighborhood, this hotel has no elevator, plus many other small quirks that you don't expect even from a Turkish 3 stars hotel. But we could have lived with all of that. What was worse was how the owners simply cheated us: upon arrival we were noticed that there is an "extra payment" for air conditioning - at almost half of a room price! When we showed them our specific order from hotels.com, which included air-con at no extra charge, they simply ignored it. As it was our last night in Turkey and late at night we had to unwillingly accept it. So what did we have here: bad location, no elevator, unfriendly staff, cheating. Why would you even consider this place?

Цена = Качество Мы заказывали номер на двоих с двумя отдельными кроватями. Нам дали номер с одной кроватью, настолько маленький, что вдвоём невозможно разойтись :) В санузле между стеной и унитазом не помещаются ноги))) Пол я помыла сама. Также я помыла телевизор, шкаф, жалюзи, стены в душевой. Но! Хороший район и низкая цена)

The worst ever experience !

Not suitable for people using lift. Dark staircases, no fridge, no wardrobe/storage facilities. No telephone in the room, have to go down four floors to see member of staff at reception. Communication problem as no one speak English.

Disappointing Trip From Flight To Accommodation.

This was my third trip to Turkey, the first two were good but this one was very unsatisfactory from every aspects. I would not travel by Thomas Cook again in my life and never book my holiday through Expedia. We were given a room on fourth floor with no lift in the hotel building, not only this but lights on the staircase was faulty and we used our mobile phone to find our way. Hotel has no breakfast/meals facilities etc. Upon checking with Expedia they did not give any information in this regards. No fridge in room. During our 7 nights stay in Kosak Hotel only once room was cleaned, no hot water facility for hand wash, only shower has got mixer tap with hot/cold water. No wardrobe to put your clothes/bags etc. No locker, phone facility in room. Cockroach found in bedroom. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Daha önceki konaklayanlarin yorumlarını okumadan yaptığım bir rezervasyondu. Bu otel işletmesi kesinlikle saçma bir uygulama izliyor. Rezervasyonunu günler öncesinden yapmiş olmana rağmen sen otele gittiğinde rezervasyonunun iptal edildiğini söylüyorlar. Ve tüm yorumları okudum 3/4 kişiye aynisini yapmışlar. Kesinlikle sokakta kalmak istemiyorsaniz KONAKLAMAYIN. Rezervasyonumu iptal edebilirsin ama bana önceden haber etmesi gerekir. Rezalet.
