Located in the heart of Annecy, this nice and modern studio can accommodate up to 2 people. Close to shops and restaurants, this flat is perfect in order to visit the city by foot.   
  
Our apartment decorated with taste, is on the 2nd and last floor (with elevator) and consists of a living space of 40 sq. m. It includes :  
\- a bright living space with double bed and comfortable sofa-bed,  
\- a well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, oven, micro-wave, hot plates, fridge, toaster, dish washer),  
\- a bathroom with shower,  
\- TV and WIFI,  
\- vacuum cleaner, household products, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, baby-bed and high chair.  
2 bikes are at your disposal for free.

At last, if you want to ski, La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand ski stations are 26 km away.
