This apartment can accommodate 2 people. The room has a double bed. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains. The apartment is equipped with a TV, high-speed wifi (fiber connection), and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay such as a NESPRESSO coffee machine . The bathroom is equipped with a shower and separate toilet. The toilet and the shower are not separated. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, as is the balcony. Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. The accommodation is located on the 5th floor with elevator. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk (Albigny beach). Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path goes all around the lake). 🅿️ Parking is possible in the condominium according to availability (no private place but enough to find one) 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from € 9.90 / person/ day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
