Unfortunately, our room was not ready upon arrival. While waiting, we decided to use the hotel facilities, including the pool. We later discovered that residents from the Marquis share the same pool area as hotel guests. While we were seated just behind him, we clearly witnessed a man from the Marquis, wearing a fluo yellow/ Green shirt , taking photos of our teenage daughters without consent. This situation was extremely disturbing. Although the hotel staff was polite, when it comes to the safety of our children, the lack of immediate and serious action is unacceptable. Guest safety, espacially the safety of minors should be a top priority. For this reason, we do not recommend this hotel to families with children. Résident of Marquis.
