![A visit to Durango isn't complete until you ride the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge rail road!  Spectacular views from the historic train.  Just sit back and enjoy.  For this shot, I went outside on the platform of the last car to get a shot along the whole length of the train.

"We didn’t “stay” at the Strater Hotel we had an “experience”.The Strater Hotel is a step back in time. The Strater is the most unique hotel I’ve ever visited . The staff was excellent. The Diamond Belle Saloon and the Office Spiritorium both had live music both nights we visited them. The atmosphere was amazing and the service and food were excellent. We are looking forward to time traveling at the Strater the next time we visit Durango."
