"the hotel and the rooms were super clean. we enjoyed our stay. The checkin process took only 2 mins to complete and it was a breeze. definitely recommend stay at this hotel. They also have a complimentary shuttle from CIQ. the breakfast was good, they had a good spread."

"All housekeeping and front office staff was good, friendly and helpful especially Mr Hafizi front desk who help me resolve my cake issue. Hotel was convienent located near CIQ. Room was clean and common area well kept. My stay was not good due to 4 reason in room 1925. Shower water pressure very low and hot/cold water temperature was forever changing thus i keep adjusting my shower tap. Body foam bottle pump action faulty. The room does not come with a mini fridge. As i was staying 1 night for my wedding anniversary thus i did not request for room change. Thanks"
