"This was our fourth trip back to the Casa Pacifica Property! We absolutely love the location right on the beach. It’s a quiet beach, without all the crowds of Cannon Beach 4 miles north. However, it’s close enough to Cannon Beach to run into town for groceries or souvenirs, or great restaurants. The home is wonderful for a large group of people, especially if they have kids. The property has been updated over the last several years with a beautiful kitchen remodel and updated bedrooms. The home was immaculate when we arrived with plenty of linens and shower amenities in the bathrooms. The hot tub is wonderful after a day of playing on the beach and body surfing in the ocean. We’re already planning to visit again next year. The Itrip team has always been great to work with."

"Betty’s Place is in an amazing location. Arch Cape is absolutely beautiful and so much quieter than the busier Cannon Beach. The house is just a short 2 minute walk from the beach. The hot tub also felt amazing after a cooler walk on the beach!There were just a couple things that were strange about the house that I passed along to the owner. There are not window coverings on all of the windows, which isn’t a deal breaker but there wasn’t one on the bathroom which looks out to the front of the house. We tried to hang towels up over the window so we could shower at night. There are also some uneven stairs on both the staircase leading up to the house and the really strange set of interior stairs that go down to the lower level. I think the house was pieced together with multiple additions but it’s a pretty serious trip hazard so if you have anyone elderly or disabled, this is definitely not the house for you.The yard is really overgrown so it isn’t really useable at all. There is a small back porch but it must be used a lot by smokers so we had to leave that door closed during our stay.Anyway, I’d still recommend it if you’re looking for a quirky place close to the beach. Low tide in this location is unbeatable! Just in general and for the price we paid, it needs a few updates and it would be awesome!"

Saw whales throughout our stay from the gorgeous view from the property each night.Only cons are one bath room, *ladder* to large upstairs bedroom (kids loved it, but it was hard to navigate bags and such).Overall would absolutely highly recommend based on location/ view alone"

"Our family had such a wonderful time staying here. We had a party of 5 and the space was perfect for everyone to have their space. Our 20 and 16 year old loved the upstairs area to hang out. The beach is right there and took 2 mins to get to. Very private and relaxed neighborhood they felt safe and perfect for us. The patio was amazing. Everything was sparkling clean with all that we needed. The host was great and communicated super fast. We would definitely stay here again."
