"This is a great property. The cabin is older, as are some of the furnishings, but things that matter such as appliances, furniture cushions and bedding/mattresses/towels, etc, are new and appliances work very well and bedding is comfy. Everything is spotless and well organized. If you're not familiar with Arch Cape it is between the better known Cannon Beach to the north, and charming Manzanita to the south. It is easy to get to restaurants and grocer's in either town. This cabin is high on the hill, the beach immediately below, and surrounded by large trees. Stunning. But I should point out if you're from a hot climate as are we (AZ) you may find the inside of the house quite chilly as not much sun gets in and each morning we awoke to about 63 degrees indoors. The home does have a heat pump that took the morning chill off quite quickly -- but we loved sleeping in the cooler temps! This would be a nice house for couples or mutli-gen travelers. Photos on the posting are accurate."

"This was a spacious, well stocked, very clean house with great views of the ocean from the upper deck. It's in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by lush vegetation and an easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed watching the ocean, birds and wildlife. Host (deb and Mike) communication was very good. The location is close to Cannon Beach with Haystack Rock, restaurants, shops, and Ecola State Park. We would stay here again."

"Our only challenge was parking for 4 vehicles (2 were trucks). Due to blackberry bushes, parking was difficult getting in driveway without using neighbors driveway to help make the turns to get in and out. Everything about the house was great. The hosts were receptive and amazing as well. They brought oven mitts over one day."

"I Absolutely Loved staying at here! The staff Greets you! They give you a tour of the place. They make everything feel so Relaxing, Safe, Secure and most of all Very Welcome! Our room was clean and made me feel like home. The bed was comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The Staff is so Pleasant. I would Highly recommend staying here to my Family and Friends! When we come back to explore more of the coast we will definitely be staying here again."

"Beautiful home with close proximity to the beach. Beach access is not easy for seniors due to rocks, but a quick car ride a mile down allowed easy access near the arch. Being able to see and hear the ocean from the house is exactly what we wanted! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, easily sleeps 12."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Arch Cape home and would absolutely return. The house was exceptionally clean and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was one of the best-equipped vacation rental kitchens we’ve used, making it easy to prepare meals for our family.The beds were comfortable, and the entire home felt welcoming and well cared for. One of our favorite features was the easy walk to the beach. The owners provided plenty of beach toys and gear for the kids, which made our beach days even more enjoyable.The location was fantastic—quiet and relaxing while still being close to so many great destinations. We took easy day trips to Astoria, Cannon Beach, Silver Falls State Park, and Depoe Bay for whale watching, all while having a peaceful home base to return to each evening.If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-stocked home in an amazing location on the Oregon Coast, this is it. Highly recommended!"

"We had a wonderful time overall and the property is beautiful. The hosts did a great job communicating. However, there were a few hiccups. The photos showed a table on the upper deck for outdoor dining and that was not present. I was looking forward to the porch swing which was also missing replaced by patio chairs. The kitchen was well equipped but the microwave was hit or miss on heating. My husband loves tea but the tea kettle was rusted. It took over 4 minutes for water to get warm in the microwave. When we arrived there were cobwebs present in the lower bathroom and bedroom. The couch downstairs had dirty tissues as well. Also, I think we had a shared garbage can outside with the neighbor and they left messes frequently on the ground. Outside of that, the house fit our family well. The beaches in Arch Cape are absolutely unmatched and enjoyed the short drive into town for necessary supplies."
