Located on the 4th floor (no elevator) in a quiet residence, this rental comprises :

\- a 6 m² balcony overlooking the park,  
\- separate kitchen with dining area and equipment: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer,  
\- bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm) and desk area,  
\- bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and desk area,  
\- bathroom with bath/shower,  
\- separate WC,  
\- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers,  
\- TV and Wifi.
