Ideally designed for a stay for two, this bright studio is located on the 1st floor (no lift) of a typical Angevin building. Its true asset? A magnificent private terrace overlooking the lush gardens of the library, a haven of peace in the heart of the city centre.   
  
With an optimised and tastefully decorated surface, the studio offers all the necessary comfort for a relaxing stay. You will find a comfortable double bed, a pleasant dining area and a fully equipped functional kitchen (kettle, microwave, coffee maker, utensils...).   
  
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.   
  
The studio of a TV and WiFi, to offer you a true parenthesis of disconnection in the heart of the city.   
  
You will benefit from an exceptional location: just steps away from the cathedral, Angers Castle, shops, restaurants, public transport, and all the activities of the city centre... while enjoying a calm and green setting.
