"Saw this on Motel Rescue and decided to make a weekend of the springs and antique shopping with my husband and daughter. It was a wonderful stay! I wish we could’ve had a balcony with a better view but we will definitely be back!"

"This property was lovely! My family of four stayed three nights. Each day we went to various state parks within 1 hour of this home. The natural springs were wonderful during the day, and at night, we relaxed at this quiet retreat in the hot tub and on the boat dock. We watched the sturgeon jump in the river and boats pass by. My son fished off the dock. We would highly recommend this property. There is also a grocery store not far away and a few restaurants near by. "

"A very interesting and well kept hotel and restaurant. The staff was friendly. They rooms were clean and comfortable. The food and service at the restaurant was excellent. The grounds outside were very pleasant, with peacocks and guineas roaming about. An aviary and a nice patio area with a large fountain. Very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. We definitely will return again "

"Had a great time celebrating our son’s 21st birthday. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! House was beautiful and very clean. We had 8 adults and we all fit comfortably. Was great to have the dock for the boat. Enjoyed swimming and floating by the dock. Was in a great location on the water, there was lots of springs we got to boat to and hang out at. We seen manatees and a turtle during a stay. Took the kayaks across to the Rockbluff Springs. We loved the deck outside for hanging out in the evenings. Thanks for being a great host and look forward to renting again in the future!"

"We had a great time at the Otter House. The living room and kitchen is a big open floor plan with tons of seating. Beds were very comfortable. Nice TV and great channel selections avaliable. Loved the dock and amenities. We ate atTreasureCamp restaurant down the street. Amazing food. I would highly recommend this place. Lots of fun. "
