"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Nice room, clean and tidy. Great staff, very helpful and personal. The breakfast was a really good variety and even some Hungarian sparkling wine if you want to toast the day in. I used the gym when it was raining and it was lovely, great equipment and a lovely setting. Really well located, only 2 minute walk from the Opera house and station. Honestly cannot say enough nice things about this place and the great staff. Will stay here again when I visit."

"Hotel is in a top spot close to everything, it’s right in the square of the Basilica surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants and only a five minute walk down to the Danube. The staff are friendly, the room was always cleaned beautifully and nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff. It was my birthday while I was there and when I returned from a day at the thermal baths there was a lovely bottle of wine, glasses and birthday wishes from the staff….a really nice, unexpected...

"We had to change rooms, but it wasn't a problem as they gave us another room. We did have a slight issue with the safe, the staff were excellent in trying to solve the problem, but it could not be fixed, an alternative measure was given to us. A massive BIG thank you to Heni she was superb in giving us a lot of help in booking things and giving us her unbiased opinions in where to visit. Thank you Heni."

"The only issues we had during our stay was the shower drain did not work properly and we had to turn the water off and on while we were showering and the light bulb in the bathroom kept flickering on and off. The staff were very accommodating when we asked for an extra chair. The location was terrific being within walking distance of the Oktagon and across the street from a small park and a great market. And the price was very good."
