Charming Villa with Sea Views & Pool

  • This spacious 150 m² villa is spread over three levels and has been designed to make the most of its stunning sea views.

    The main floor features a bright living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. This level also includes a formal dining room, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

    The lower level offers a second lounge with direct access to the terrace, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and terrace access, as well as a fourth bedroom currently arranged as a library with a single bed.

    The master bedroom occupies the upper floor and features an en-suite bathroom and access to a spectacular private terrace with panoramic views over the bay, port and surrounding mountains. Furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, it is an ideal spot to relax with a drink while enjoying the scenery.

    Outside, the villa offers several terraces with sun loungers and a dining area, as well as a 25 m² private swimming pool and an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off on warm Mallorca days.

    The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, Wi-Fi throughout the property, a portable gas barbecue, a safe, an alarm system and diesel central heating for the cooler months.

Eine wunderschön Lage, gute Aufteilung, eignet sich hervorragend für große Familien oder auch unterschiedliche Paare da auf drei Ebenen und 3 Bäder somit getrennt . Würde immer wieder kommen!

This house is in an amazing position, would definitely re-book in the future. We were 4 adults and two children and used all four bedrooms. Lots of communal areas. Lovely to meet Salvador on arrival and departure. Really good experience all round.

Fantastic views

The views are incredible however there are several things that need to be sorted out internally. Only one bedroom has air conditioning that works, handles are falling off the doors and the fridge doesn't work properly. We reported all these faults to the Home Away Rep. We still had a great time but two fans in the bedrooms isn't really suitable when it is 29 degrees !
