DUMP

Posted 11-May-2015 on Hotels
This hotel is an overpriced dump. Wallpaper coming off the walls was just stapled onto the wall, holes in the bed blankets, no Frig or Micro wave. Carpet tears repaired with clear adhesive tape. Would not rccomend to anyone.

Scary

Posted 2-May-2015 on Hotels
From the outside the place looked run down and abandoned and it didn't look to much better inside, it was like out of an old scary movie. This was rated a 2 star hotel and it really should not even have one star. Thank goodness I was only there for less than 9 hours just to sleep or else I would have been on the phone with hotels.com wondering why they even sell rooms at this kind of place. I should have done my research on the hotel but with staying in 5 different hotels a week and sometimes booking the night of, I do not have usually have the time and tend to trust this site. Disappointed

The pool had been closed by the health department during our stay. Or first room smelled of mildew, and our second lacked a mini-fridge. The hotel staff were friendly though, and they are located close to campus with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Good service, great value, but bring pillows.

Posted 29-Apr-2015 on Hotels
The front desk staff were very courteous and provided great service. The hotel could use a facelift, but the beds were comfortable. The pillows however; have seen better days. We called to get more but they were out. Overall still a great deal for the price.

Older hotel in need of care

Posted 21-Apr-2015 on Hotels
I was only there for about 9 hours. The hotel smells like wet old carpet. The bathroom in my room looked like it had been updated as far as the vanity top and shower but the wallpaper was peeling off and the mirror was 2 feet above the sink. No one short could see in it.

OK

Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Not the top end but at the price I didn't expect it to be. As stated room was clean and comfortable.

The outside appearance looked very bad. The walls and carpet were filthy. The person at the desk was very nice and helpful.

First it is not a Ramada

Posted 19-Apr-2015
Look kinda like a fraternity house. Worn out. Front desk personnel could or would not give me the final price on the room once checked in. Said Expedia get a cut they get their rate. Thought that was odd. Very used up and needs a serious overhaul for decorations etc.

Hotel in total disrepair

Posted 13-Apr-2015
Cons: Needs total renovation. Door was difficult to unlock. They were aware of the problem but did not attempt to fix.
Peeling wallpaper, musty smell in lobby, breakfast area and room. People partying in parking lot.

Good hotel for price

Great location but is out dated. Could be a grand hotel with some updated decor. Staff were pleasant and eager to please.
