"Amazing food ! The young cook is an excellent ! Lovely views from the dining area . We saw giant squirrels , black faced langurs, a tiny deer , monitor lizard, hares etc. on the property grounds. Only down side is that the rooms feel a bit isolated from the staff/dining area . we had a power cut in the middle of the night for quite a few hours and nobody came to help. Otherwise, staff were kind and very helpful"

"Literally a paradise, the view from the room or actually anywhere in the hotel is amazing. Great food, good gym and pool. Very relaxing, since you can hear the ocean 24/7. Location is amazing cause it’s very convenient to the national Park. If you are doing a safari it’s a great option, it makes everything way easier. The room, was recently renovated and it was perfect. Very comfortable and luxurious. This place has some extra magic with elephants occasionally roaming the property. And every staff member being super friendly going above and beyond making sure you have the best time. Already planning to come back."

"My parents were there to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and although we celebrated a little late, they had such a wonderful experience. Quoting my dad “The birthday arrangement was beautiful, the cake was lovely, and the famous DoubleTree cookie was the best. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both excellent, and the amenities were exceptional.” What really stood out to them was the warmth and attention to detail throughout their stay. My mum still can’t stop complimenting the food; my parents have travelled all around Sri Lanka and tried many different cuisines, so coming from them, that is actually really huge to hear! Next time I’m in Lanka, I already know where my first stop will be. 10/10 for such a great stay!"

"It was a great stay. Different experience but great. Near to the Yala National Park and very nice place in contact with nature and the best... they offered evening and night walks which was amazing. Lovely PLace. It is a MUST!!! They also offer the safari tour to Yala National Park and it was AMAZING!!!"
