The blankets on the full bed in the "bedroom " were extremely thin and had a burn mark on them . This room was VERY cold , even with all doors open and a space heater going . The loft area has a comfortable bed but it is like hanging out on the surface of the sun up there . It was extremely hard to sleep in the heat , no sheets or blankets needed at all . A few members of our family got headaches and were nauseous after being there . Perhaps there is a CO2 issue . It is important to note that we were there during an big cold snap , so I imagine that contributed to the heating issues . I would still encourage air testing . The Listing we booked through had pictures of a sauna as well as access to the laundry, but when we got there both of those options were not permitted. We were excited about the sauna ( which was broken anyway) and that was a huuge reason why I chose this place over the Alyeska Hotel. Communication was prompt as one of the shower drain was clogged and we were asked to not use. We did not sleep in that room either because it was very cold. OHIO 19 sept. 2024 #### Could use some updates When we arrived, the cleaning person was still at the residence. She told us we could come in but we went to get something to eat instead. The residence was musty smelling and I'm guessing there is no building code there because it would never pass lol. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it. Check in was delayed an hour too. Main issue was being unable to communicate with an actual person for help, only a chat bot. ##### Calvin D.
