The Listing we booked through had pictures of a sauna as well as access to the laundry, but when we got there both of those options were not permitted. We were excited about the sauna ( which was broken anyway) and that was a huuge reason why I chose this place over the Alyeska Hotel. Communication was prompt as one of the shower drain was clogged and we were asked to not use. We did not sleep in that room either because it was very cold.
