« The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. The third night I had to find someone in housekeeping to get clean towels. The room was nonsmoking but obvious it had been smoked in. I reported...

« The room was clean and the breakfast delicious. The staff member the night we checked in was fantastic! He saw us walking around the building to check in and allowed us in a back door. The morning desk worker had to take her blue tooth earbuds out to hear questions which felt very unprofessional. It would be nice to have non-dairy milk and creamer options available. »

« When we arrived, it took 3 times before someone came to open our room door (the keys weren't working). The A/C in the room (room 108) wasn't working properly: it was hot in the room all night long. In the morning, the waffle machine wasn't working well either. I won't return there for sure. »

« The trip lasted about six days and went very well. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff who would be very helpful and answer all my questions. The cleaning staff were extremely nice and thankful for keeping our hotel room clean along with stocked with the essentials. Overall, this trip wouldn’t have gone so smoothly without the wonderful staff. »
